The magic in my cuisine began long before me—born with my great-grandmother, a proud Louisiana woman who carried the taste of the South with her when she moved to Detroit and became one of the city’s greatest caterers. Her food wasn’t just recipes; it was survival, tradition, and love served on a plate. Everything I cook today is an extension of her hands, her hustle, her faith, and the flavors she planted in our family. I’m not just a chef—I’m the continuation of a legacy she started decades ago.”
